Pluribus's self-play produces a strategy for the entire game offline, which we refer to as the blueprint strategy. Then during actual play against opponents, Pluribus improves upon the blueprint strategy by searching for a better strategy in real time for the situations in which it finds itself during the game.

Players bet on the spread into which this value falls. Spread-Bets are placed at the beginning of each game alongside (or instead of) traditional roulette bets. The Billboard Display shows the winning value and spread. Bets are paid out and collected at the end of the game.

Although roulette is a game of chance, you can win big money by playing high-risk, single number bets which pay out better than group or combination bets. Single pockets pay out 35:1 for example, so you can get a decent prize if your single number comes up as the winner.
